It was nearing a 5 but a few flaws that left it at 4. A great shawarma restaurant in the heart of KL though. They have a quick vendor downstairs and a restaurant upstairs. We came here after my friends Ramadan fast and ordered a big platter with drinks and rice. Whilst the price was fair, a few things limited my limited 5. The food took so long unfortunately for the amount of staff standing around without work to do and the amount of people in the restaurant. With our platter the lamb chops were overcooked and the chips were a mixture of 2 different kinds which ruined the perfect board. Friendly staff and well priced and would love to come back again

If you into the food with view of Bukit bintang and monorail. Then yes it is nice. But if taste wise. Normal not really value for money. 💰 No outside food/drink allowed. Mineral water option only cheapest drink rm6. Kabsah lamb maybe max 2 pax serving. Rm45. Kunafa rm25. You can get cheaper nearby. But amount you pay is for the seating place and ambience.
I was (still am) so disappointed. After that burrito experience I opted for the chicken shawarma while my date had the mixed shawarma( chicken & beef). Besides online reviews, I wasn’t expecting much other than a decent shawarma and It wasn’t that. Could be a bad day, but it (chicken) was quite dry and there was very little sauce in the shawarma. It was at least compensated for by the garlic sauce they provided. The mixed shawarma wasn’t as bad, but still not worth the price. I would consider giving it a second try only because I don’t believe people can rave so much about it only for it to be that bad. Their service is quite fast and efficient for the traffic they receive so I guess they have that on lock.

I ordered a shawarma here, and the taste was really good. Malaysian food usually doesn’t suit my taste, so this shawarma really hit the spot for me. The restaurant’s atmosphere and staff were simple and average, so aside from the food, the overall experience wasn’t particularly remarkable. It wasn’t the best shawarma I’ve ever had, but compared to other shawarmas in Malaysia, it was the best for me👌

Go for the food, the atmosphere and during off peak hours to avoid the INSANE queue. Every food item tasted authentic and tasty. Head to the third floor for the nice view but only if you can bear the shisha smokiness. We definitely ordered too much for two people. 😅 There is a kebab joint if you're in a hurry by the same restaurant. (Which we tried separately also good!)
