GC Chewust had my first visit to Chuan Yue (川悦), and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gatherings with friends or family. They also have a VIP room, ideal for private dinners or special occasions. The interior is stylish yet comfortable, and the seating arrangement makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. The food is absolutely delicious. I tried several signature dishes, and every dish was full of flavor, with the spices balanced perfectly—just the right level of heat without being overwhelming. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, from the tender meats to the crisp vegetables. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated little touches like customizable sauces and thoughtful presentation, which added to the overall experience. Overall, Chuan Yue is perfect for a casual night out, a fun gathering, or even a private VIP dinner. With flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, attentive staff, and a great atmosphere, it’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to. A hidden gem for Chinese food lovers! Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor — the wok-fried 回锅肉 nice favor and portion enough What impressed me most was the wok aroma (“镬气”) — something you only get from experienced chefs. The balance of seasoning was spot-on, not overly oily or salty. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and food that keeps you going back for more. Easily one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in town!

Had a great experience at Chuan Yue Shou Xiu. The food was very authentic and full of flavor. The skewers and grilled dishes were especially good. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for gathering with friends. Definitely a nice spot for late night food!

One of the better China Crusine in town, well balance flavours and reasonable portions. If you spending a bit more and have larger guest, get the VIP rooms equipped with karaoke. My family enjoyed the dining experience.
