It’s the little things—noticing you need a refill before you even ask, or anticipating your needs without being overbearing. The staff here seems genuinely happy to serve, making the whole dining experience feel warm and personalized. Quality You Can Taste The food quality remains top-tier. Everything from the signature soup bases to the hand-stretched noodles and premium meats was incredibly fresh. The consistency in their ingredients, paired with the flawless execution of the kitchen, makes every bite satisfying. Shopping Mall I visited the mall on a Saturday 24/1/2026, and it was extremely crowded, which is understandable for a weekend. There is a wide variety of food options available, offering plenty of choices for different tastes. Overall, the mall itself is clean and well-maintained, and the general environment feels lively and convenient. However, the *ladies’ washroom was a major disappointment*. From a distance, it appeared acceptable, but upon closer inspection—especially inside the cubicles—the *odor was very strong and unpleasant, to the point of causing physical discomfort. Unfortunately, even after leaving, the memory of the smell lingered and made the experience quite distressing. Given the mall’s otherwise good standards, this area clearly requires urgent attention to hygiene, ventilation, and regular maintenance, as washroom conditions greatly affect visitors’ overall impression. With improvement in this aspect, the mall would offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, proactive, and genuinely warm without being intrusive. He paid close attention to details, anticipated our needs, and handled every request with efficiency and a positive attitude. He explained recommendations clearly and confidently, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was his professionalism , calm, respectful, and consistently service-oriented, even during busy periods. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly embodies Haidilao’s service culture. Because of staff like 黄俊豪, dining at Haidilao feels more than just a meal, it’s an experience. Truly commendable service, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Highly recommended!
