Excellent and very tasty food. We enjoyed every bit of our meal. We ordered the 3 sauce fish (Siakap) which was spicy but delicious, salted egg squid (my personal favorite), fried pork and the pandan chicken (so, so good). The green tea was excellent too. I wish we have Thai like this back home but glad we got to try it this time. Lovely atmosphere and very cooling too. The restrooms were excellent and clean. We'll maintain and overall a must try restaurant.

I'm extremely disappointed. I eat there often, but this time I'm very upset. My son couldn't finish his meal, so I asked them to pack it up for me, without the dipping sauce because it was too spicy for him. And this is what I got? I also ordered papaya salad to take home, asking for the ingredients to be separated, but what they gave me was… My house is far away, that's why I asked for the ingredients to be separated. And I just asked for them to be separated. Why can't they do something this simple for a customer? If you put everything together like this, it will taste worse, and the papaya strips will become mushy. It's the worst, I drove all this way, and what I received was truly terrible. I had to throw all the food away because it was inedible. The shrimp donuts were soggy, the papaya salad strips were mushy, and the taste was completely bland. I paid RM200+ in total, but this is all I got. 😅 Should I go again like this?🙄 Hmm...you probably don't care because you've had your shop for more than 5 years and have a large customer base. You probably wouldn't be interested in small customers like me. This wasn't the first time, but I thought things wouldn't get any worse, until I couldn't take it anymore and had to write a review. I probably wouldn't dare go back again; it's a shame, it used to be one of my regular restaurants.

Absolutely love the food here! Baan Thai 2 serves authentic Thai flavors that truly bring you straight to Thailand every dish is bursting with taste and aroma. The tom yum is rich and flavorful, the chicken is tender and juicy, and the bbq pork stick was so good and of course coconut ice cream is the perfect sweet ending.The cozy atmosphere makes dining here so enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants around Kuchai Lama — can’t wait to come back again! 🇹🇭💛
