Great experience at Donkai! What makes it special is that you get to cook your vegetables to your own taste using the sauces provided. It’s fun, interactive, and lets you be creative with the flavours just the way you like them. The vegetables, miso soup and rice are refillable, which makes the meal even more satisfying and value for money. Di note that the hamburger is not refillable 🤭 but it’s hearty and pairs really well with sides. Overall, a unique and enjoyable dining experience!

Today I dined here for lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was also impeccable. This member of staff was exceptionally attentive and proactively offered assistance without my needing to make any requests. It made for a thoroughly enjoyable lunchtime experience.

One of the best lunches we’ve had at TRX! Huge thanks to Gam for going above and beyond — his special sauce and custom rice bowl were amazing. Despite the busy crowd and us having a baby, the team was so friendly and accommodating. Food: 10/10. Service: 10/10. Definitely coming back!

10/10!!! I visited Donkai for the first time after seeing someone post a video about one of their dishes, and I’m honestly so glad I decided to try it. To be very honest, TRX isn’t usually the type of mall I frequent because it feels a bit too fancy for my usual vibe. But Donkai completely changed that for me — it’s now a place I wouldn’t mind coming back to even twice a week. What impressed me the most was the presentation. The food was plated beautifully and looked premium the moment it arrived. You can tell they really pay attention to detail. I ordered the Angus beef with black sauce and added one hamburger. The quality of the meat was excellent — tender, juicy, and cooked just right. The black sauce complemented the beef very well without overpowering its natural flavor. Every bite felt satisfying and well-balanced. Portion-wise, it was filling and worth it for the quality you’re getting. The overall dining experience felt elevated but still comfortable. I will definitely recommend Donkai to my friends and family, and I’m already planning my next visit. If you appreciate good meat quality and nicely presented dishes, this place is worth checking out.
