I been here a few times now, after seeing the promotional videos on social media. I love fried chicken here, however I do feel the concept of highly spicy chicken pieces and tenders is more of a gimmick, because we can easily add chilli sauce onto our food ourselves. I've been here 4 times now, the first 2 times I ordered Super Spicy spice level, which was just the same fried chicken but with extra added chilli powder. Loved it, but then figured it's not worth suffering. The following 2 times I just ordered the mild, and this is where you get to taste the actual coating as opposed to when it's too spicy ,where you can assess whether if it's worth the hype or not, and I feel they nailed the coating well enough. It's very pricy, especially in a country where the gdp per capita is near enough to $15,000 per year, this is almost like UK prices for fried chicken. And fried chicken isn't supposed to be premium food, it's meant to be CHEAP fast food. I'm only giving them a 4/5 simply because it's too expensive relative to the average salary here, making this almost unaffordable for a huge proportion of the population who can't afford to spend 25+ Ringet on a meal. Busy as it is, main question is, how long can they maintain the hype ?

Went here after reading all the positive reviews about this place stating this might be the best chicken place in MY. So here is my review. Food: The food here is top notch! Chicken here is crispy while the inside is still juicy and moist. Literally perfect 🥰 The sauces that come with the chicken are also chef's kiss. Everything was good, the only item a bit underwhelming might be the mac n cheese, but that might be my personal taste. Sidenote: if you order mild, it will still be pretty hot imo, so watch out for that. Service: Service here is okay. A bit sad they do not accept cash payments. Pick-up food at the counter after getting an order number. Interior: Interior here is great and gives of an American Vibe. Overall: 4.8/5⭐️ Extremely good fried chicken right here. The sauces make everytjing complete. Honestly everything here is good ranging from the burgers to the tenders.

If you’re craving that Nashville-style fried chicken crunch, skip the rest and head straight here. Hot Bird at TRX doesn’t mess around! The chicken is seriously crispy on the outside, insanely juicy on the inside—you can tell it’s fresh out of the fryer. I tried the Super Hot and it delivered a fantastic, slow-burn kick that makes your nose run (in the best way possible!). If you’re not a chili head, the Mild still has a ton of flavor without the fire. It's a little pricy, sure, but you get what you pay for in quality and portion size. Pro tip: Don't skip the Cajun Fries—they’re the perfect salty, seasoned companion. The whole spot looks electric with all that neon red, making it a great, high-energy stop. Must-try if you're in the mall and need a spicy fix!

The fried chicken is tender and juicy, and you don't have to worry about it being too oily, as there's a bread roll at the bottom to absorb the excess oil. It's delicious even without heat, the mild flavor is just right, and the hot option adjusts the spiciness to your liking. If you love spicy food, you absolutely must try it—I guarantee you'll be thrilled with its spiciness! The fries are a must-order! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they're fragrant, savory, and absolutely irresistible!
