We had such a lovely lunch here while celebrating my husband’s birthday (13/01/26). The service was excellent, and Miss Mimi really stood out.She is cheerful, friendly, and truly made us feel special. She definitely deserves a Best Staff award! Thank you to the entire KFry team for making our celebration memorable. We will surely be back.

So disappointed. They served me raw chicken - every piece that i tried was not fully cooked and still got blood flowing from inside. When i reported to the staff, they said it’s cooked but juicy. I was really pissed with the response, because even after showing them the blood they still insisted that the chickens are fully cooked but just juicy. No! They were certainly not fully cooked! 😡 and i do not pay you to serve me raw chicken 😡 the bones part all got blood flowing from them and the boneless parts, the meat was still very chewy. The kind of texture that taste like rubber. This only happens when the meat is half cooked. Tried a few pieces but they were all uncooked so i just left the store because i didn’t want to get a food poisoning. Do some research about food safety. You are just riding on the k-culture hype. I didn’t take the picture of a thigh that i got because it was too disgusting to see the blood from it

Tried a variety of items. The K’Fry Original Chicken was average, with the chicken breast slightly dry. The Honey Butter Chicken stood out, nicely balanced and pleasantly sweet. The Snow Cheese Original Chicken was disappointing due to very minimal cheese powder and a lack of cheese flavour. The Chicken Slice & Cheese Riceballs were prepared tableside, which was a nice touch, with an overall decent taste. The Shin Volcanic Corn Cheese Bokkeummyeon was enjoyable, a comforting mix of noodles, fried egg, cheese, and corn. The Watermelon Fruit Tea was refreshing and not overly sweet, a good palate cleanser after fried food. Overall, the food was generally satisfactory. Service was a highlight, with professional, well-trained, and friendly staff.

This is my 1st time eating Kfry Lunch Set. . The set includes 1 fried chicken and you can choose 3 side dishes . The price is only RM19.90 (not including tax). The cold plain water served FOC. Totally worth your penny. Additionally, the service was very good. Even though they are well known korean franchise restaurant, the staff still asked me how was the food, was everything alright..made me feels comfortable and worth as customer. Surely will repeat at this shop insyaAllah.

Had a great experience at K Fry Urban Korean, KL East Mall! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with generous portions and authentic Korean flavours. The soy garlic and cheesy options were especially satisfying. The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was served promptly despite the crowd. Overall, a fantastic place for Korean fried chicken lovers—definitely worth coming back again!
