Good ambient for dining. Can enjoy genting view and the cold breeze. Be sure to make appointment first because they are always full house. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food served are at good quality. Visited for 3 times, will come again. Love their collagen soup.

Lured by the promise of cool mountain air and hot pot, it sounds like the perfect combination and in many ways it is. When we walked in, a sulking manager was blocking the narrow entrance and we had to walk around him. I don't know what his issue is acting like we owed him money. While we were eating he was just hovering adjacent and clearing his throat while playing with his phone. You should look into it as this guy really has an attitude problem. I chose to ignore him as the waitress was really trying her best to serve us and make us feel comfortable. The food and atmosphere was good, really no complaints there at all, and despite all that it really is a very nice dining spot.

Spent our Valentine’s Day at Beauty in The Pot Genting and it was honestly a great choice. The chilly Genting weather paired perfectly with the hotpot — especially the collagen broth, which was super comforting. The environment was clean, cosy, and romantic enough for couples without being too crowded or noisy. Ingredients were fresh, and service was smooth and attentive. Simple, warm, and memorable Valentine’s dinner. Highly recommended for couples visiting Genting.
