We went during Ramadhan for a late lunch around 5+pm. There was quite a number of delivery orders being prepared but no other done in customers. We ordered the 2-3pax set and opted for curly fries and Cajun fries, and upgraded one of the drinks to peanut butter smoothie. Both the fries were lukewarm at best: not exactly the best first impression as we always dig into the fries first thing into a meal. The peanut butter smoothie was so forgettable. Thankfully the chicken was piping hot and tasted pretty good. It was a tad bit oily, but still acceptable. The service was like the fries: lukewarm at best. It felt so awkward and unwelcomed especially when we were dining during Ramadhan. We would have preferred to eat at one of the side tables but they were all labelled "occupied" so we took one of front tables. We felt invincible, like we weren't there at all. The general feeling was just not very pleasant. Would I return? Not likely, especially when there are other good fried chicken establishments in the area with similar price range with much much warmer service.

Came to the outlet at 11.50am and we are the second in q. Order process is smooth. For the first time comer, please scan register membership to get RM5 voucher. You can use immediately. I ordered 2pc chicken combo (mild) and add on mac n cheese. Service was quick. Chicken came in hot, big and juicy. If you loves spicy, please go for super hot. If not, mild is okay. The mac n cheese is very decent kind of pasta. Not cheezy enough. But I already full with the 2pc chicken and fries. Ohhhh the fries is the highlight, I can say. It was crunchy. But I dont fancy the sauce that comes with fries. Overall, if you want to eat hot bird, do avoid during the peak hours.

Absolutely loved my meal at Hot Bird! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold spicy flavour 🌶️🔥 The burger was super filling with a soft bun and generous, crunchy chicken — every bite was satisfying. Great taste, great portion, and totally worth it. Will definitely come back again!

Had a really good experience at Hot Bird Damansara Uptown! First of all, the chicken tenders are HUGE, seriously satisfying and worth it. The smokey BBQ sauce pairs perfectly with the tenders and fries, not too overpowering, just nice and addictive. The French fries were big, crispy, and well seasoned, which I really enjoyed. I also want to highlight the excellent service. I had some difficulty with the payment at the kiosk, but a female staff member approached me in a very friendly and professional way and helped me sort it out smoothly. Really appreciated her kindness and initiative, it made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I would come back to. Good food, good vibes, and great service. 💯🍗🍟
