Going in skeptical, coming out proven wrong. Thought it was just some k pop hyped up eatery but the food was magnetic. Their chicken is crispy and juicy, their sides are also definitely I am still cute anymore. Service was prompt, seatings comfortable, place is rather spacious. All filled now and ready to hunt for demons.

K Fry Urban Fried Chicken is a great spot! The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the staff are really friendly. I’m happy to eat here and would definitely come again.

the food is always good and so the service, most of the staff is very attentive and helpful. but yesterday I encountered an uncomfortable experience. I ask the staff who served me drink can he help me light up my cake on the table. not to keep it in the refrigerator or to hold it. he rejected my request bcs of the halal policy. so I was a little bit confused because the cake is at my table but i just light up the cake on my own only then another staff came out and ask me "oh is it for birthday?" then proceed to bring out the board and sing the happy birthday songs. i was confused why the staff earlier said that he can't? when this is what i want from the start, not anything else. I called the staff to ask him why he denied my request earlier then suddenly he said "oh it's not me who served you" then said "staff myanmar tu eh?" how can you easily blame other staff just bcs he's a foreigner? he suddenly went away and I keep calling anyone and nobody come until i guess the pic come and explain it's because the halal policy etc they can't do that. then i explain to him that i already emphasize to the first staff i only want him to help light up the cake on my table, bring out the light board and help me sing happy birthday why he denied me in the first place only for them to do it later when the mood was already ruined? i book a reservation and paid them bcs i want the dinner went smoothly and not awkward obviously i feel frustrated over this. the pic apologized and said the shave ice was on the house and give me a voucher as an apology. a great service from the pic and other staff and it shouldn't went how this goes if the first staff just admit that it was his fault and not to blame the foreigner staff. i don't want to get mad at him but to ask, instead he was avoiding me and put the blame onto another staff, leave me confused until the pic came. as someone who work closely in the industry i deeply understand the halal policy. what is the can and can't. hopefully the staff get trained on how to explain what is allowed and not instead of saying just no and not fully understand the customer request

Those 5 starts ratings are all true. All the food is really good, and the portions are huge. For the price, it’s very cheap and reasonable. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Everything we ordered was satisfying. No regrets at all. Service are good also!
