This is probably the most beautiful and scenic McDonald’s outlet in Malaysia. The view here is stunning and the restaurant is beautifully set up. There’s plenty of tables here, staffs are friendly and hospitable, food is served fast. The lakeview here is stunningly beautiful. Place is clean and windy in the evening and at night. Highly recommended ❤️✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I waited for over an hour for my food, and even after reminding them, they just told me to wait longer without any apology. When the food finally came, the attitude was still bad, and the food didn’t even look appetizing anymore. Totally ruined my mood to eat.

Mia Adrezai was there to only ordered ice cream but to only be disappointed by the service...rude staff payment by cash i was queuing for almost 15 minutes only to get ignored by every single staff that walked past me while waiting for my order...my number was removed from the screen as i understood sometimes they got fedup with many numbers on screen waited for 20 minutes and asked the staff for my ordered literally shouted rudely to me asking me to wait a little more while please mcd advise your staff

Kalaivani SelvanathanThis McDonald’s outlet has a beautiful environment, and the place itself is very nice. However, the staff’s attitude was very disappointing. They were rude and showed no respect towards customers. Although it is a fast-food restaurant, we had to wait a very long time to get our food. When I asked one of the staff members, she replied harshly, saying “tunggu kak, kami tengah siapkan, banyak order”. The tone used was very unprofessional and unfriendly. This is the first McDonald’s outlet where I have experienced such poor customer service. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously and ensure that staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect.
