It was a great choice for my friend's daughter's birthday lunch — we had seven kids at one table while the parents sat at another. There was so much laughter, and it was a wonderful experience for the children to prepare their own food. A big thank you to Lee for the excellent service! He made sure the kids were well taken care of and was very attentive to all their requests.

When dining at Haidilao in Sunway Pyramid, the service staff — 林海璇 — was absolutely wonderful! She was so attentive and thoughtful. The mango I ordered was delicious, and when I asked for another plate, she even gave me an extra one as a treat. The whole dining experience was delightful, leaving me feeling warm and happy! In addition, the guest relations manager at the entrance — 陈翠婷 — was also incredibly kind! While I was waiting outside, I noticed a cute little decoration in the display cabinet, and she generously offered to give it to me. That small gesture truly made my day — the whole Haidilao experience was heartwarming and unforgettable!

Visited Haidilao at Sunway Pyramid, and the service was just as amazing as always. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. At one point, my phone ran out of battery and the staff even helped us charge our phone — such a thoughtful and caring gesture 👍🏻 We also noticed that they were more generous with the complimentary snacks compared to another outlet we’ve visited 😳 which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with excellent service. Will definitely come back again!

Great dining experience here! Our server, Lucas, was patience and attentive to all our requests, turning an ordinary meal into a truly memorable evening. He was constantly serving with a smile even as we made request after request. His genuine smile and lighthearted humor made us feel completely at ease. This also left a remarkable memory and positive impression for coming here for celebrations, as it was a farewell dinner we celebrated. Additionally, it was my first experience to be offered a covering blanket to protect my bag from stained with hotpot smell. This small act to details really shows their high standards of serving their customers. Thank you Lucas and Haidilao for the wonderful time! Not to forget, thank you for the mooncake! We were truly surprised by the little warmth of celebrating this Mid-Autumn Festival in advanced with this beautiful mooncake from Haidilao! Taste is sweet with honey, a very special flavour. Also, they have added interesting new desserts - various pudding flavoured yam, mango, honeydew etc. Personally, Haidilao's taufufah is still my all time favourite! So is the Aiyu Jelly! Soup is excellent as usual too! Keep it up!
