P. TeoThe star of this place is the fried chicken and rightly so. The batter is crisp and chicken juicy. The chicken size is significantly more generous than their other US style fried chicken competitors in town too. The service is fast and efficient and the food arrived with very little wait The ambience is all right, but very sterile fast food. However, it is very clean and neat.

Been here a few times and Hot Bird SS15 has been pretty consistent. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and well-seasoned without being too salty. Portions are generous and worth the price. Service is generally fast even during peak hours. Place is simple, good for a quick meal or takeaway. Will definitely come back.

Overall food was delicious. All the meat was tender and juicy. I also ordered their double chocolate milk smoothies and it tasted great. Overall a wonderful experience here. Will definitely repeat again

I used to come here after busy school days. Made amazing memories with friends. The burger meal was recommended by my friend. Best choice ever! My top 1 burger ever! Finally convinced my family to come and they absolutely love it too! The workers here are so friendly, atmosphere is very vibrant and the food is not like other…. The milkshake was a disappointment though BECAUSE I DIDN'T BUY IT… hahaha
