I had an amazing stay at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur with my partner during Valentine’s Day. Truly a 10/10 experience. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and elegant, creating a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from check in until check out. Their service made our stay feel special and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the hotel was perfect for a couple’s getaway. Everything from the service, environment, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a romantic stay in Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely come back again.

Came here for staycation. Rooms were spacious and gave city view but a little bit disappointed to not to get klcc view. We got the other side facing 118 and kl tower. Pool was under construction so that is a letdown. Room wise it was spacious. It has bathtub which was helpful to bathe my daughter. Drinks were self refill at lift using water dispenser. Parking is free as validated. We didn't take with breakfast as wanted to explore nearby stalls. Our daughter broke the small glass cup in toilet. Room service was quick to come n clean. I offered to pay up but the duty manager was kind enough to waive it.

Located primely and next to the Twin Tower.. Hence u need to be prepared for the traffic. Its more of a business hotel and the entrance way is a bit confusing. It has many rooms and can accomodate any group size. The rooms and swimming pool are clean and neat. U can plan a good 1-2 day stay and if your planning more than that you can opt for a cheaper and better options a bit outer and less crowded location. Btw, always a lot of construction and upgrades happening nearby.. Overall a can visit if short duration!
