We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff(Ms dhines) deserve special appreciation. She polite, patient, and always willing to help. Even during busy times, she handled guests professionally and with a smile. TERRIBLE!! We had stayed at the hotel for 13 nights. And at first we thought it wouldn’t be that bad. The rooms.! Oh my goodness they aren’t even well cleaned! The only work they do in those rooms are making the bed and putting water for you. Otherwise in terms of actual cleaning, those people need to get serious. The lifts are very veryyy slow. And I mean slow. For some reason only 2 lifts work. And both are used for going up and down. You can literally spend your whole day there because you’re waiting for the lift!!! And the food, very limited options. They really don’t consider that people form outside are the ones in the hotel and they keep serving almost the saaame thing every day and they only have one juice option!!! And the staff, they really don’t cooperate and do their work. Most of the time you will find them looking at their phones. And they don’t help people really well. And one more thing about the room, cockroaches are everywhere!!! You will be welcomed to the room with one on the counter top, the kitchen, the bathroom even the bedroom 🤦🏽‍♀️ and the area for dumping the garbage is literally always full of trash and always very dirty and it stinks so bad!! The only good thing is the rooftop on level 37. I think the management of this hotel should get serious and do something about all this.

The Hotel is at a bad location. It can't be accessed via foot since the lobby is on the fourth floor. The only access is through the carpark. There are no signs everywhere we got lost in the carpark for 10 minutes and just started going to random levels. Eventually we found the lobby on the 4th floor by trial and error. I's not a hotel, its more of a holiday apartment. It's just apartments in an apartment complex. The AC didn't work in the living room. Everything was dirty. The Bed yellow stains on the pillow and the bedsheets were filty. I requested a new bed and the sheet was torn apart at the top and also dirty. They literally don't have clean beds and towels, even if you ask them. The Bathroom walls were filthy and the view is not that great considering you can only open a tiny window to look out. Not worth it consindering the location. I tried to cancel my second night but noone on booking.com or the hotel answered the request. The Hotel denied everything and all they could give me was a voucher.
